Content and interactions: text prompts and messages, chat history, AI-generated text and images, parameters and settings used to generate content, character cards and configurations, uploaded images and associated metadata (e.g., creation time).
Transactions and payments: purchase records, Gem balance, receipts/tokens provided by app stores; we do not collect or store full payment card details.
Communications: support requests, feedback, reports, and other communications you send us.
Cookies and similar technologies: on the web (if any), we use cookies/local storage for session management, preferences, analytics, and security; in the app, we may use SDKs and device identifiers for fraud prevention, analytics, and functionality.
Optional permissions: with your consent, we may request access to push notifications, camera, photos, microphone, or storage for features such as image upload/generation, saving media, and alerts. You can revoke permissions in your device settings.
How We Use Your Information
Provide and maintain the Service: account management, roleplay chat and image generation, character creation and storage, Gem purchase validation and balance, synchronization of settings and history.
Personalization and optimization: recommend characters, scenes, and topics; run experiments (A/B tests); improve features and UI.
Safety, security, and legal compliance: abuse and content safety detection (automated and, where necessary, human review), fraud prevention, rate limiting/anti-spam, age gates, and compliance with legal obligations.
Support and communication: respond to inquiries, send important service updates and policy changes.
Analytics and quality: monitor performance, troubleshoot, and improve stability.
Model improvement (only with your opt-in): we will only use your content to train or improve models if you have provided explicit consent. By default, your content is not used for model training. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Service providers (processors): cloud hosting, AI inference/generation, content safety and moderation, analytics and crash reporting, customer support, fraud prevention, A/B testing, and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
Payment and distribution platforms: Apple App Store, Google Play, and other platforms to process transactions, verify receipts, and comply with policies.
Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to valid requests from authorities, enforce our terms, and protect our users, our rights, and the public.
